Coco Sanchez: Live2blade Photos & Interview

Rollerblading is, by and large, a male dominated sport. The progression of tricks is leading to a growth in our industry. Another area that has grown is the number of girls who are getting involved all around the globe and they’re damn good at what they do. With that said, it is my pleasure to introduce one of the Elite females in Rollerblading, Coco Sanchez. Since putting on skates at the age of 12 Coco has dedicated herself to our Industry. Coco started skating Street and Vert, traveling around to small community comp’s and large venue’s in major cities. By age 15 she would take home back to back ASA Amateur World Championships (female division). Now at the age of 20, Coco continues to progress and represent at the highest level. She is a Globetrotter, traveling to mainstream events like Winterclash, the Chaz Sands Classic, and has been invited twice to the Asian X-Games, which has led to numerous demo’ s and shows throughout Asia. However ask her what she enjoys the most and her response will be, “I love to travel and represent our sport, but my favorite times are spent shredding with my fellow “Bladies” and all the guys who have inspired me to grow my skills”.
