Takeshi Yasutoko is the best vert skater in the world. He goes bigger than anyone else on a vert ramp with samurai like quickness and resilience. This world class skater, who hails from Kobe City Japan, has been in the forefront of vert skating for over a decade and he hasn’t lost a contest since 2006. Takeshi is simply the best at what he does and we are proud to have him as part of the C.O. family.

Jon Julio is probably the most respected man on rollerblades. And this interview from six years ago for Barely Dead shows exactly why. Covering a range of topics from picking team riders, the pros/cons of contests, the importance of fashion sense in blading and much more, this 30 minutes is a very real and very candid look at a blader who has shaped rollerblading as we all know it. We think you'll find it as interesting a statement on blading's past and present (and future) as we do.

"SK back at it again with another edit. He's currently living in Kansas City working full time for a film company, and manages to skate almost everyday with the Kcmo boys. Sean is very talented on and off the blades, and is working on his own video that you can expect to see soon. Dude kills it, what else can I say" - Paul John.

Let's just get this out in the open right now, if you've never heard of Chris Bray, you haven't been rollerblading long enough, and therefore are probably pissed that this isn't an edit featuring dubstep and hurricane topsouls. Now that we've got that out of the way, let me introduce to you my man Chris. Dudes been in the game longer than you've been living at your parent's house, and has been doing insane tricks the entire time. You may be familiar with the feeling of fear, luckily Mr.Bray knows no such feeling, as you can tell by watching him slay this horrifying down ledge. Drop on one side, rough landing, curving run up, and a spooky piece of metal to dodge... no worries for the master of mayhem himself. Now quit reading this, hit play, and prepare for a minute of solid destruction.

Revolution Raw Clips - Jeremy Spira - Denver, CO
Jeremy Spira has one of our favorite styles. We filmed these clips spanning from skate trips to San Francisco, NYC, and Arizona. The roll-in to fence stall in Arizona was insane, the first few rolls he was hitting the transition at the bottom so hard his buckles would come undone. Spira rips it.

The Vic titles were held once again in Melbourne this year so we decided to jump in the car to make the 12 hour drive down there. Unfortunately i wasn't able to film the actual comp cause of an injury but still managed to capture a bit from the trip. keep a look out on the Rollerblading Australia Facebook page for an edit of the comp.
I started a facebook group called "OG Bladers" a while back with as many former and current pros & industry heads that I could muster up, and it's been a great revival in our little niche of old guys. Everyone has been skating more lately, so I figured I would stoke the fires and get a contribution based edit project going.
The response was far better than I could have hoped for, and I am very pleased with the final product and stoked on the effort everyone put in. This is also a promo for my OG Blader Reunion Jam this July (14th) in San Diego, CA. More details on that at http://ogbladers.com
Big thanks to everyone who filmed clips, so many to list... soon.

California was fun. thanks to everyone who showed us around and bladed with us while we were there
I spent Easter weekend filming with Louie Zamora, Randy "Roadhouse" Spizer, Robert Guerrero and Matt Moya. Its been a long time since all of us have hung out with one another, and even longer since we've all bladed together.
This is a small documentation of that weekend.
