The forecast called for a 90% chance of rain but Louie's crew made for 100% Sunday shredding. With high winds bearing down and wet weather all but inevitable Louie Zamora, Hayden Ball, Oliver Prado and Tim Franken laid down some tricks at a couple of Chula Vista's public skateplazas.
